About these terms

petrex.io is run by Petrex Pty Ltd (ABN 91 603 802 071), referred to here as “Petrex”, “we” or “us”. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the contact form
• collect content from the site in bulk with automated tools
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us

Our content

The text, design, renders, video and other material on this site belong to Petrex or to the people who licensed them to us. Client work is shown to describe our part in it; the rights in the brands and characters stay with their owners. You may view the site and link to it, but you may not copy, edit or reuse its material without written permission.

Trademarks

Brand names, logos and characters on this site belong to their owners. They appear here only to describe work Petrex contributed to, and their use does not mean the owner endorses anything beyond that work.

Roblox, Fortnite and VRChat are trademarks of their owners. Petrex is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Epic Games or VRChat Inc.

Project information and figures

Case studies describe the part Petrex played in each project. Where we show a figure, we say where it comes from and the period it covers. Figures that belong to a partner, such as a game's audience, are labelled as the partner's and are not Petrex results.

Player counts and visit totals for Roblox games come from Roblox's public data. They can be delayed or cached, and we do not guarantee them.

Enquiries are not contracts

Sending an enquiry, booking a call or receiving a reply does not create an agreement. Any project we take on is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we do not control, such as Roblox game pages and booking tools. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties and limits on liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise that it will always be complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Australian law, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
